I have done extensive research on our WW1 aviation Hokies. God bless LT Curriere for his service: however, the only source here is what he wrote the Alumni Association; unfortunately, his name does not appear on any squadron or school rosters of the Army Air Service in France, Britain, or Italy. He probably encountered a medical issue at ground school stateside, or on arrival in France.
