Biographical Text
Dr. Frank Cushing Pratt was born on January 9, 1883 in King George County, Virginia. Pratt departed on July 10, 1918 from Newport News on the Aeolus, and he served as First Lutinate under U.S. Army Base Hospital No. 45 during World War I. When Dr. Pratt was 59, he signed a 1842 World War II Draft Registration Card that listed the Medical Center in Fredericksburg as a place that will always know his address. Pratt retired as a physician and surgeon, and on January 22, 1964, at age 81, Dr. Pratt died from Bronchopneumonia which developed from his already diagnosed Metastatic Carcinoma.
Postwar Life
Pratt lived in Fredericksburg, VA with his wife, and he worked at the medical center in Fredicksburg.
